Also known as chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco is a smokeless tobacco that is finely cut or ground to make a fine powder. Dipping tobacco evolved in the early 1700s from dry sniffs in middle America. It is normally flavoured with wintergreen and mint and other flavours. It’s made by different brands, including Copenhagen, Skoal, Hawken, Red Man and Chattanooga Chew. It contains a high content of nicotine that is found in the tobacco plant. The flavours contain different chemical components that enhance the taste of ipping tobacco.

How to Use Dipping Tobacco

Dipping tobacco use is often accompanied by first drinking any juice to salivate the mouth. This can be done during a meal or after a meal.
